Kristjan Tamm

Hey my name is Kristjan Tamm, I started playing tennis when I was 4 years old, originally started playing tennis under my uncle Andres Kuhi, then when I was 13 I move from my home city Tartu, Estonia to Tallinn (capital city of Estonia) I started studying there in sports school named audentes sports school/gymnasium, there my coaches were provided by the sports school had many over the years. When I finished my high school I felt that if I wanted to improve my tennis I have to move out of Estonia and so I moved to France and I practiced few years in Mouratoglou tennis academy and the beginning of 2021 I changed academies and now I’m practicing in all in tennis academy!

My first coach was my uncle Andres Kuhi he taught me the fundamentals of tennis etc.! My current coach is Mislav Hizak who has also been a coach of many good WTA players such as Ons Jabour and Katya Zavatska! I have been to 2 academies first one was Mouratoglou tennis academy and my current one is all in tennis academy!

Aims & Goals

I’m looking to reach at least top 70 in the world to be the highest ranked player in Estonia and to play grand slams and to do good results there for many years!

This year had a surgery and an eye infection so I’m at the end of my recovery and the goal until the end of the year is to win few tournaments and to get back for the next year so i can start the next year strong!
