Aims & Goals

I am looking to play tennis for Great Britain in the Olympics and to succeed in the Grand Slams.

  • Undergraduate from Monmouth University, MBA from Monmouth University (4.0 GPA).

  • Highest ranking of 11 in UK for 18 and under. Top 25 in Northeast Region of US for Division 1 college tennis. Top 520 in the world for juniors.

  • Competing at number 1 position for Monmouth University (NCAA Division 1) playing for Great Britain in the EMG in Hungary.

Alan Jones (coached 30 players to Wimbledon)

An extremley good learner with a strong mental attitude. His love of tennis shines through and at all times gives his all. He leaves nothing in the tank...Max has a David Ferrer mentality

Chris Leicht (Monmouth University head coach)

Max has led our team to conference championships in his two years here... Max is incredibly hard-working always pushing himself on the court. He is also very competitive, and will fight to win each and every point in the match. It has been a tremendous honour to be his college tennis coach

TJ Allen, UCS

I have been particularly impressed by his willingness to represent the school in tennis matches, even where the opposition was considerably below his standard - this speaks volumes for his innate sense of commitment and selflessness … he is extremely competitive and pushes himself hard in the gym and in training
