Lila has very nice base to work from and build on. With only having started 1 year ago, I see many positives to develop. Her attitude and passion for the work will be one of her greatest assets along her development journey. I highly recommend Lila spending more time working on her serve, return, volleys and transition as these will become cornerstones of her success in the future. I would highly recommend Lila focus on developing all aspects of her game and doing so in a competitive environment while making sure that the emphasis is always on getting better and not the result and ranking. I would make a plan for what areas to focus on over the next two years and emphasize those areas of growth by the time Lila turns 13. In my opinion there is no question that her Serve, Return of Serve & Volley’s should stand out. I would also recommend getting a comprehensive assessment quarterly over the next two years to make sure the daily work is creating the complete puzzle.
