Jordan Hart - Badminton Player

About

Where did it start? 

I am a little Welsh girl from Pembrokeshire in South West Wales. My Dad (my driving force and inspiration) wanted me to experience every sport that there is out there and Badminton happened to be the one I wasn't half bad at.

What does my life look like now?

Currently I am travelling the World, competing at the highest level in my sport. One week I could be in Indonesia, the next America, Japan, Jamaica. You name the country - Ive probably been there! :)

My week? 

30 hours a week minimum training. 3 sessions per day. Blood, sweat (sometimes tears) but I LOVE the battle of trying to get the most out of myself and being the BEST Badminton Player I can be!

My Goals? 

  • Represent at National, European and World Championships!
  • Continue to compete at the highest level on the BWF Tour (Badminton World Federation World Tour)
  • Inspire the next generation of athletes!
  • Share the knowledge and experience I have gained over my 15 + years of being a Professional Athlete with as many people as possible!
