Arthur Bonnaud - Tennis Player

I have been playing tennis since I was 6 years of age and I quickly fell in love for the sport. From my very beginning until my 18th birthday I was training in my club and also in the Comité des Hauts-de-Seine which is a training center for the best youth of the area.

After completing my high school degree in Paris, I took the decision to study and play college in the USA.

It was such an amazing experience. Beside getting my International Business degree, I have met beautiful people from all over the world, shared moments and memories with them that are unforgettable.

Playing tennis 4 years there made me improve as much as on my tennis, physics and mentality. I have won more than 100 matches in single in NAIA and NCAA, won 3 conference titles (The Sun Conference, NAIA), we made it to the quarters, semis and final in Nationals and I qualified in singles for the National Championship in Phoenix, Arizona and I was ranked 4th in the nation. I was the captain of my team for 3 years in a row and won couple of awards.

College tennis behind me now, chapter over. I decided to come back to France in order my dream and become a top professional tennis player.

Since I got back, I had the chance to be selected as a Sparring Partner for the French Open (Grand Slam) and also for the Rolex Paris Master (Master 1000). Through this experiences I was lucky to train couple of times with Federer, Djokovic, Medvedev, Norrie, Schwartzman etc.

Aims & Goals

My short term goal is to focus on the ITF tournaments in order to get ATP points and be able to compete in bigger events such as 15k$ and 25K$ futures and then Challenger.

My longer term goal is to reach my highest level, join the top 100 ATP and compete against the best players in the world in the biggest tournaments of the Tour.

I am driven by overcoming the challenges throughout the journey and the learning process to become a champion.
